Raw Food Workshops:

Content: Learn how to prepare at least five raw food dishes; how to use different kitchen appliances in the preparation of raw dishes.


Times: The following workshops all span three hours, starting at 18:00. workshops are either on Thursdays or Fridays.
We offer weekend workshops, Saturdays from 14:00 – 17:00 on demand (send us an email here).


Offering/Pricing: 3 hours (CHF 110.- p/p including all food, recipes tips and tricks).


 

Introduction to Raw Food Cuisine:

You will learn:
· How to make non-dairy nut and seed milks.
· How to make creamy vegetable soup in less than 10 minutes.
· How shredding and marinating kale and other dark leafy greens makes them as tender as cooked, without loss of nutrients.
· How to turn nuts and seeds into protein rich pâtés.
· How to transform zucchini into delicate angel-hair noodles--it's pasta without the starch!
· The secret ingredient in raw chocolate mousse that replaces butter, cream, and eggs.


Menu: Almond Milk, Cream of Zucchini Soup, Mediterranean Kale Salad, Not Tuna Pâté, Zucchini Noodles Marinara, Chocolate Mousse.

 

 

Italian:

You will learn:

· How to make fresh Rawvioli
· How to make a thin pasta out of vegetables
· How to sprout nuts and seeds
· How to create pizza crusts, crackers and breads
· How to create the best tiramisu ever completely lactose, sugar and egg free


Menu: Rawvioli with nut and herb filling on a bed of greens, Fresh Linguine tricolori or Fresh lasagna, Garden pizza, Tiramisu.

· How to make delicious smoothies
· How to turn vegetables into Pasta
· How to prepare a delicious and healthy sunburger
· How to make fruit leathers and turn them into a delicious desert
· How to make healthy ice cream without sugar, lactose or eggs
· How to prepare Cookies and cake bases


Menu: Crisp flax crackers, fresh delicious smoothies, Pasta Marinara, sun burgers, filled fruit rolls, raspberry sauce, ice cream and cookies


 

Mexican:

You will learn:

· How to make quick and healthy green burritos
· How to use the dehydrator to make tortillas, Nachos and Taco shells
· How to create a fresh rice alternative
· How to turn mango into a rich and creamy desert


Menu: Green Burritos with Avocado cups filled with guacamole and tomatoes, Nachos with red salsa, Mexican spiced rice, spicy vegetable tortillas, Mango mousse with fresh fruit.
